              "STRAY CATTLE"
This email was from Councilor Tex Collins.

The minutes of the last CPF give the incorrect information regarding cattle on the road. Please do not phone Wayne Tozer as he cannot impound cattle without authorisation from Metro. I made this clear at the meeting. The procedure is as follows. Phone METRO 0313610000 and inform them of the cattle on the road. Metro will inturn put you through directly to the Outer West and will issue instructions for the pound master to collect the cattle. He can only act once he has received authorisation. Sorry to be a bit pedantic but if the procedure is not followed then the job does not get done.

Regards

Tex.
